Many factors can cause NAUSEA AND VOMITING, which are common symptoms that can occur in both adults and children.
Both sensations are particularly unpleasant to anyone experiencing them.
Nausea can be brought on by emotional stress, mild food poisoning, intense pain, indigestion, viruses, exposure to chemical toxins, motion sickness, side effects of medical treatments or medications, and is a common symptom in the first trimester of pregnancy. An underlying medical condition or ongoing digestive issue can also bring on feelings of nausea. Lifestyle choices, eating disorders, and stomach conditions can also increase the incidence of nausea and vomiting.
Vomiting in children can be an immune response to infection, motion sickness, fever, or simply eating too much. Adults rarely vomit unless illness, infection, or food poisoning is present.
Essential Oils are a safe and natural way to relieve feelings of nausea so that they don’t lead to vomiting. But even if vomiting does occur, Essential Oils can provide support at this time, too. Here are some Essential Oils that can help with feelings of nausea and vomiting:
• Digestive Blend
