Problems with the digestive system can cause the body to regulate weight differently, and it can be difficult to maintain a steady, healthy weight. If mild diarrhea occurs frequently, or if nutrients are not able to be absorbed sufficiently, WEIGHT LOSS can occur.

On the other hand, bacterial over-growth, long term stress, poor diet, and general poor gut function can also mean the body puts on weight. WEIGHT GAIN can also occur due to a health condition, medications, lack of exercise, or inability to exercise.

Essentials Oils can be used to either stimulate or suppress the appetite so that the digestive system can be supported to work efficiently for the body to remain at a healthy weight.

PRACTICAL USES

• Diffuse while dieting or trying to lose weight to increase motivation.

• Add one to two drops to your water to support a healthy metabolism.*

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

DIFFUSION: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
INTERNAL USE: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
TOPICAL: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

CAUTIONS

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product.

WEIGHT-AWAY BLEND RECIPE

• 2–3 drops METABOLIC BLEND

Add to a large glass of water and drink before each meal to support digestion and hunger cravings. Substitute with Lemon or Grapefruit if you can’t tolerate the Metabolic Blend.
