STEP 6 - BLOATING AND GAS

There are a number of reasons why people experience bloating and gas. But whatever the cause, it can be embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially if it is occurring regularly.

These issues can be caused simply by an excess of air in the stomach, which is swallowed as we eat, or a symptom of an underlying digestive condition, or a buildup of unhealthy gut bacteria from undigested food.

Excess gas can be expelled from the body through excessive belching or by flatulence, so it can often be resolved fairly quickly. But bloating and gas can also be caused by an intolerance of certain foods, which means that, if these foods are eaten on a regular basis, bloating and gas can become a daily occurrence.

• 5 drops Metabolic Blend

• 3 drops Digestive Blend

• 1 drop Spearmint

Add to a 10ml roller bottle, fill with a carrier oil, and apply to abdomen as needed when experiencing mild bloating and gas.
